Quali dati trattiamo

Dati di navigazione. Quando visiti il sito, i server del nostro fornitore di hosting registrano automaticamente alcuni dati tecnici: indirizzo IP, data e ora della richiesta, pagina visitata, tipo di browser e sistema operativo. Li usiamo solo per far funzionare il sito e proteggerlo da abusi, sulla base del nostro legittimo interesse (art. 6, par. 1, lett. f GDPR). Non li usiamo per identificarti né per profilarti, e sono conservati per il tempo strettamente necessario.

Dati che ci invii. Se ci scrivi a info@nosync.it o alla PEC, trattiamo il tuo indirizzo e i dati contenuti nel messaggio per risponderti e, se serve, per avviare un rapporto di lavoro con te (art. 6, par. 1, lett. b GDPR). Li conserviamo per il tempo necessario a gestire la richiesta e gli eventuali rapporti successivi, e comunque nei limiti previsti dalla legge.

Proposte inviate dalla pagina Toc-toc. Se ci proponi un progetto con il modulo, trattiamo nome, cognome, email, la descrizione del progetto e, a seconda della sezione, i file PDF che alleghi o i link per l'ascolto che indichi. Li usiamo solo per valutare la proposta e risponderti, sulla base della tua richiesta (art. 6, par. 1, lett. b GDPR) e del consenso che dai spuntando la casella. I dati arrivano per email alla nostra casella info@nosync.it e non vengono salvati sul server del sito. Se la proposta non prosegue, li cancelliamo entro 24 mesi; se diventa un progetto, li conserviamo per il tempo necessario a realizzarlo. Puoi chiederne la cancellazione in qualsiasi momento.

Cookie e strumenti simili

Il sito non usa cookie di profilazione, cookie di terze parti né strumenti di statistica. Per questo non trovi un banner dei cookie.

L'unica informazione salvata nel tuo browser è la lingua che scegli (italiano o inglese), tramite l'archiviazione locale del browser. È uno strumento tecnico necessario a fornirti il servizio che hai chiesto, che non richiede consenso (art. 122 del Codice privacy e Linee guida del Garante del 10 giugno 2021). Puoi cancellarla in qualsiasi momento dalle impostazioni del browser.

I caratteri tipografici sono ospitati direttamente sul nostro sito: visitandolo non ti colleghi a servizi esterni. I link ad altri siti (per esempio piattaforme video o musicali) portano a pagine con proprie informative.

A chi comunichiamo i dati

I dati sono trattati da NO SYNC e dal fornitore di hosting e posta elettronica, Aruba S.p.A., che agisce come responsabile del trattamento. Non vendiamo né cediamo i dati a terzi. I dati sono conservati su server situati nell'Unione Europea.

I tuoi diritti

Puoi chiederci in qualsiasi momento di accedere ai tuoi dati, correggerli, cancellarli, limitarne il trattamento, opporti al trattamento o riceverli in un formato portabile (artt. 15–22 GDPR), scrivendo a info@nosync.it. Hai anche il diritto di proporre reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).

Non effettuiamo processi decisionali automatizzati né profilazione.

What data we process

Browsing data. When you visit the site, our hosting provider's servers automatically log some technical data: IP address, date and time of the request, page visited, browser and operating system. We use it only to run the site and protect it from abuse, on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not use it to identify or profile you, and it is kept only as long as strictly necessary.

Data you send us. If you write to info@nosync.it or to our PEC address, we process your address and the contents of your message to reply and, where relevant, to start working with you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep it for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting relationship, within the limits set by law.

Proposals sent from the Toc-toc page. If you propose a project using the form, we process your first and last name, email, the project description and, depending on the section, the PDF files you attach or the listening links you provide. We use them only to assess your proposal and reply to you, on the basis of your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and the consent you give by ticking the box. The data reaches us by email at info@nosync.it and is not stored on the website's server. If the proposal does not go ahead, we delete it within 24 months; if it becomes a project, we keep it for as long as needed to carry it out. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Cookies and similar tools

This site uses no profiling cookies, no third-party cookies and no analytics. That is why there is no cookie banner.

The only information stored in your browser is the language you choose (Italian or English), using the browser's local storage. This is a technical tool needed to provide the service you asked for and does not require consent (Art. 122 of the Italian Privacy Code and the Italian Data Protection Authority's guidelines of 10 June 2021). You can delete it at any time from your browser settings.

Fonts are hosted on our own site, so visiting it does not connect you to external services. Links to other sites (for example video or music platforms) lead to pages with their own privacy notices.

Who we share data with

Data is processed by NO SYNC and by our hosting and email provider, Aruba S.p.A., acting as data processor. We do not sell or pass data on to third parties. Data is stored on servers located in the European Union.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, or receive it in a portable format (Articles 15–22 GDPR), by writing to info@nosync.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).

We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.
